Did you know that every single interruption -- phone call, greeting, check-in, dog-barking-crazily-at-nothing -- costs twenty minutes of productivity? It takes a couple of minutes to deal with the interruption, and then fifteen more to get back into flow.

"Maker's Schedule, Manager's Schedule" suggests implementing "office hours," which seems like a great idea for a home office. Hope I can get everyone on board.
